Information we collect
When you visit the site
Like almost every website, our web server automatically records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and we keep them for a limited time. We don't use them to identify or profile you.
The site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Our fonts and files are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn't send your information to Google or other third parties.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include, such as your website or details about your business. Email sent to hello@ai-approach.com is forwarded by our email provider to our mailbox. We use what you send only to reply, prepare for and deliver our services, and keep basic business records.
When you request a scorecard
If you request a Digital Health Scorecard, we receive the website address, business name, name and email you send us. To prepare it, we look at information that is publicly visible about that website: its public pages, security certificate and public DNS records. We do not log in to your systems or test anything that is not public. We may send your domain name to public DNS lookup services (such as Cloudflare) to read those records. We use your details only to prepare and send your scorecard and to reply to you.
How we share information
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business, such as our web hosting and email providers, who handle it on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and for normal business, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@ai-approach.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
